ATA's SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY :
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched to me?
We are a small scale business and run around a small set of hard working employees. Every ensemble is curated at our manufacturing unit with love .
We at ATA , take utmost care while producing any ensemble . Every ensemble goes through various production status from on machine stitching , to finishing to final checking & packaging .
You should expect ensembles that are purchased from ATA's ready to wear category dispatched between 7-8 business working days.
While , anything purchased from ATA's made to measure category should be expected to be dispatched between 15-20 business working days.
The difference between dispatch duration of both the categories is due to different attention required in the respective categories.
ATA's Ready to wear undergoes standardized size production , while ATA's made to measure undergoes special curation and custom fit protocols .
How long it will take for my order to reach me?
We ship your order as soon as they are ready to be shipped.
You should expect ensembles that are purchased from ATA's ready to wear category to be delivered between 10-12 business working days.
While , anything purchased from ATA's made to measure category should be expected to be delivered between 15-25 business working days due to workmanship of the ensemble.
It may also take longer, depending on your location.
What delivery methods you use ?
We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart , Xpressbees , shiprocket & DTDC for shipments in India.
What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with ?
If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team either by mailing us with your Reference ID and pictures of proof of your package been opened or tampered with at aarvietheatelier@gmail.com or WhatsApp or call us at +91-8818982555
Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
