ATA'S WEBSITE CANCELLATION POLICY :

What is  ATA's Cancellation  policy ? How Does it work.

You can cancel an order through ATA's website until it has been packed at our warehouse and is shipped or in transit. Cancellation would not be accepted for made to measure orderes and any customized items altered as per body measurements.

 

I just cancelled  my order ? When will I recieve my refund?

For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 7 business days.

For  store credits the refund shall reflect within 7 business days

If the payment was made by redeeming an ATA's Gift Card, you will receive the refund amount into your ATA Store Credits within 7 business days. Any amount paid over and above the gift card value, will be refunded to the source account in as per the stipulated timeline.
